Benefits of eLearning on the NEW Telecoms eLearning Academy LMS Platform

5. Consistency - All T.E.A Trainees cover the same content - This means covering small or very large sites, everyone learns the same content. This ensures that all trainees receive the same type of training, so training managers know exactly what's been covered.
